Genevieve was like an angel that feel from the sky....literally. We had let Ray go shortly before meeting Gen and had already decided that we were not going to replace her. After being told for years that Wendie and I should do the damn thing by ourselves we ran with it. We weren't looking for another replacement at all. It was like this is who we were waiting for but we had to go through all the duds to get to a princess. Once again we have put our neck out for another thrid member. The show is a reality based show to find the Socialite of the ”ATL” (ATL Nightlife Socialite). The show is being filmed at Opera Night Club, one of the hottest clubs in Atlanta.

The cast: Davin and Melissa Ann are a couple. Sarah Oliver is an actress. Chris is a Club Promoter for the Atlanta area, Josh is a pick-up artist…..yes just like that show on MTV, and Korie Lee-Anne is a hottie from Rock of Love 2 (Pictured Above).

My nephew is the most amazing creature I have yet to meet. He is so inquisitive, inspiring, and nurturing all at the same time. He is just a baby yet he places so many rolls. He needs care and to be filled with love by another human. One that can be so selfless ro give him their own life. I look at him with so much respect. Through him I know what true honest love is. I know when I look at him that I feel love. For the first time I can say that I know what love is….I feel it but I see it with him as well. It’s like colors everywhere. Each color shows an emotion for him. It may seem weird to put it like that but I see and feel my love for him. I wanna be like him. I wanna have that look that he has in his eyes…..The honesty behind them is pure and short. Hopefully I can help him to maintain that about himself. It’s a characteristic we all come with but is lost in all the shuffle. As he needs and depends on the care of others, he to can be a care giver to the very dear one who provides for him. I lay in pain while my eyes tear up from the scratches my contacts gave to my cornia’s…..and he rubs my arm up and down. It feels just as comforting as the touch of my mother’s hand. He proceeds to say, “Are you ok?” Though I am in pain, suddenly it’s not so bad. So I reply with a smile and “I’m ok”. I am crying inside with joy. He just amazes me over and over. I never knew a child could be so much more grown up than have of adults living today.

The word "skank" is used to describe a person (originally a woman or girl) who is considered dirty or diseased because he or she is promiscuous or slutty. It is implied that a skank spreads sexually transmitted diseases. You may also hear "skank" used as an adjective to describe a thing or a place. As in, "Dude, that bathroom is skanky."

"Skank" is also a type of reggae/ska dance in which the dancers bend at the waist, and flail their arms in the air. The gyration of the hips during this dance may have lead to views of women who danced in this style as knowledgeable about sexuality and therefore "skanky." Either way, the term is racially charged, though that aspect of the word seems to be largely forgotten or ignored these days.

Sometimes it seems women who have lots of sex are "skanks", "hos","bitches" and "sluts," while men are virtually immune to "skankiness". Emily White explores the causes and repercussions of this double standard in her book, Fast Girls: Teenage Tribes and the Myth of the Slut.
